Purchase Protection
If you change your mind about anything after you’ve purchased one of our LED Downlights, you can make use of our 14 day cancellation period, during which you’re welcome to request a refund or exchange on anything you’ve bought from this category.
All you need to do is send the item back to us in condition fit for sale along with all the original parts and packaging, and we’ll handle the rest.
Please bear in mind that some of the items in this range are special order items, in which case they will be subject to 15% restocking fees in the event of any returns.
Warranties will also vary between 1-2 years depending on which item you purchase, which gives you added protection going forward.
