This LED would be a perfect replacement for a 50W GU10 halogen. It emits the same 500 lumens of light, whilst using just 4.5W – less than 10%! This means it could save you over 90% of your energy, and therefore over 90% on your lighting bills. You could actually run ELEVEN of these bulbs, and they’d still use less energy than an incandescent equivalent!
Plus, the lifespan of an LED is incredible. This bulb has a lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours – or, when used for eight hours a day, over 17 years! Compare this to an incandescent, with a lifespan of around 1,200 hours, and you can already see the chasm between the two.
This bulb measures just 60mm in height, and 15mm in diameter, making it a tiny bulb that slots perfectly into smaller spaces. It has a complete 360˚ beam angle, so it’s great for general lighting purposes. It can easily be retrofitted into your existing 220-240v light system. It also has a standard G9 fitting.
You can choose between two different colour temperatures for this LED. The warm 3000k light gives off a warm, intimate glow, and is often better deployed in a living room or bedroom. These bulbs come with a comprehensive warranty that can be extended to five years! Manufactured by Mirrorstone, these LEDs also have a 14-day cancellation period, so if perhaps you’ve chosen the wrong colour temperature, you can return or exchange it.
