Ordering Online
We’ve made online shopping a breeze. During checkout, just pop in your details like name, address, and email. Got a promo code? You can apply it at the cart. For more on what info we collect, check our privacy policy or register an account.
Ordering By Phone
Prefer to chat? You can place your order over the phone by calling our customer service team. To speed things up, have the product codes handy for the items you want.

Change or Cancel an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, you’ve got 14 days from when you receive your items to do so. To add something new, just place a new order and we’ll do our best to ship everything together.
Need to update your delivery details or cancel the order entirely? Contact our customer service team on 0116 321 4120 or email cs@wholesaleledlights.co.uk with your order number or postcode.
If your order’s already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow our returns process.
UK Delivery:
For orders under £50, we charge £2.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, which takes 2-3 working days. Spend over £50 and it’s on us! We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.99, usually arriving the next day, though it’s not guaranteed.
Please note: LED Tape orders take an extra 2-3 days to dispatch since they’re custom cut.
For larger items, we use FedEx courier services.

International Shipping:
For international delivery rates, please get in touch with our Customer Services department who can provide a customised shipping and handling quote based on what lights you're after, and where we'd need to send them.
Delivery Process:
We keep you in the loop! You’ll get an order confirmation email and a dispatch notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Track your package to make sure it arrives safe and sound.
Special Order Items
Some items take a bit longer to ship. If you’re in a hurry, contact us for an estimated delivery date on items like:
- Outdoor Light Fittings including Floodlights and Decking Lights
- GU10 Downlight & Spotlight Fittings plus MR16 Downlight Fittings
- Internal Light Fittings, Table Lamps, Switches, Sockets and Integral Lights and & Fittings
- Commercial Lighting such as LED Bulkhead Lights, Panel Lights, High Bay Lamps, Batten Lights & 2D LED Lights
Track Your Order
When your order ships, we’ll send you a unique tracking number. Use Royal Mail’s Track and Trace service to keep tabs on it
What happens if my items go missing?
If for any reason you don't receive your order when expected, please contact us within 3 working days. As delivery services are not 100% guaranteed, particularly during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday, we do ask that you allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, we will investigate and, if necessary, send you some new items to replace the ones you haven't received.
Missing or Incorrect Goods:
If something’s missing, incorrect, or faulty, give us a shout within 24 hours of delivery at 0116 321 4120 or email cs@wled.co.uk . We’ll sort it out ASAP. We are unable to make a claim with the courier if we inform them 24 hours after delivery.
Force Majeure no liability will be accepted by Wholesale LED Lights for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Warranty
All Mirrorstone products come with a 2-year warranty. For select items like bulbs and strip lights, you can extend this to 5 years.
