Our Returns Policy And Warranty Policies
Whenever you purchase one of our LED lighting products, you’ll have 14 days to cancel it should it fail to meet your expectations. Just contact us and arrange to send your item back in its original packaging, and we’ll offer you a replacement or a refund.
As these floodlight fittings are special order items that we don’t keep in our warehouse, we’ll have to charge a 15% restocking fee if you do decide to return one. This isn’t something we enjoy doing, so we urge you to speak with a member of our customer service department prior to completing your purchase, if there’s anything you’re unsure of.
