Delivery Terms and Fees
These are the delivery terms and fees at Wholesale LED Lights. We offer Free delivery for any orders meeting certain conditions and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours from time of order.
UK Delivery:
We currently charge £1.99 postage and packaging for orders under £50.00. This is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service and takes between 2 and 3 working days.
For orders over £50.00 this service is free.
We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service for £2.99. About 90% of the time this service will arrive next day, but it is not guaranteed, so please allow for delays.

International Shipping:
If you are based outside the UK, please get in touch with our Sales team on 0116 321 4120 or at sales@wled.co.uk for an international shipping and handling quote.
Delivery Process:
We aim to keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process. Once we have received your order you will receive an email order confirmation and a notification of dispatch when your order has left our warehouse. We aim for any order that is received before 3pm on a weekday to be dispatched out the same day. If any orders are placed after this cut off, they will then be dispatched at the next possible date. Any orders received over the weekend are dispatched on the next possible weekday. Please note that not all of the items on our website are standard stock items and may have an extended lead time on the order. For a full list of them please reference the 'Special Order Items' Section.
We will also send you an unique tracking number which you can use to track your order and which allows us to see that the items have reached you safe and sound.
We do use multiple couriers for delivering orders so you may have one of two tracking numbers. If you have a tracking number similar to this (FR66758498GB) your items will have been sent via Royal Mail. However, for longer and/or heavier items will be sent via ParcelForce who's tracking numbers are different to the ones generated by Royal Mail. If the number you receive resembles the example (pbia1297381001) then it will be one for ParcelForce.
Special Order Items:
As previously mentioned the following items are not available for immediate dispatch and may take a few extra days on top of normal delivery. If you need your items urgently, please contact our customer service team on 0116 321 4120 and ask for an estimated delivery date.

Please note that the items listed above are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or if the items are returned.
How do I track my order?
When we dispatch your order we will supply you with a unique tracking number which you can use to track your order. You can track your order using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
What happens if my items go missing?
If for any reason you don't receive your order when expected, please contact us straight away. Usually we will ask customers to wait an extra couple of days, as the delivery services we use are not 100% guaranteed, particularly during busy periods like Christmas.
If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, we will investigate and, if necessary, send you some new items to replace the ones you haven't received.
Faulty, Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
If you have faulty, missing, incorrect or damaged goods then please contact a member of our customer service team on 0116 321 4120 or email cs@wled.co.uk
Any items that have been damaged upon arrival should be rejected. If the packaging is not damaged we ask you to open the package and inspect the products for any damages. If there are any damages, be it structural or aesthetic, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can replace the items. If we are notified about items that are damaged outside of this 24 hour period then no replacement will be authorised.

Force Majeure:
No liability will be accepted by Wholesale LED Lights for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
