We like to keep things clear and fair from the get-go.

All our products come with a 14-day returns and exchange window, starting from the day your order arrives. So if you change your mind or something’s not quite right, you’ve got time to sort it.

You’ll also get a 2-year warranty as standard - with the option to upgrade it to 5 years at no extra cost.

The only thing to bear in mind? Custom-cut or soldered strip lights - anything we’ve made to your exact measurements - can’t be returned. Since they’re bespoke, they’re made just for you.
