Loyalty Points Are Coming To An End
Posted by Navdip Gahir on 20th Jun 2018
Update (09/08/18): The loyalty points scheme will now be coming to an end on Friday 10th August 2018, so as of Saturday 11th August 2018 any unused loyalty points you have on your account will be lost forever.
Update (30/07/18): We have taken the decision to extend the loyalty points scheme until later in the Autumn. We will come back with a new date in the coming weeks.
If you’ve shopped with Wholesale LED Lights before, you will have earned loyalty points on your account as a thank you for your business. It is with heavy hearts then that from August 1st 2018, WLED’s loyalty points scheme is coming to an end.
So What Happens Now?
Any loyalty points you have on your account prior to August 1st 2018 will remain there for you to use whenever you want.
This means you’ll still be able to get additional discounts on your purchases when shopping with us.
So nothing changes in the immediate future.
What Happens After August 1st?
After August 1st 2018, any loyalty points you haven’t used will be wiped from your account, and they will be lost forever.
With that in mind, we’re urging all our customers to use their points by the end of July before they’re gone.
Why Is This Happening?
We’re constantly reviewing the way we do things here at Wholesale LED Lights to ensure that we’re providing you with the very best service, products and prices possible.
Unfortunately, loyalty points don’t align with our plans for the future, hence why we have made the tough decision to end the scheme.
Rest assured though that we have lots going on behind the scenes to ensure that you, our customers, receive the very best from us in terms of quality, price and customer service.
If you have any further questions about any loyalty points you may have, our other customer incentives or anything else, then please feel free to give our team a call on 0116 321 4120, or to send an email to cs@wled.co.uk.
