Wholesale LED Lights offers a competitive rewards program to its customers by earning points on every purchase. Below you will find a brief explanation of how the scheme works and answers to some frequently asked questions.
How does the program work?
Exactly as it sounds. Make a purchase on the Wholesale LED Lights website and receive points. These points can then be redeemed against future purchases saving you money on your orders.
Who is eligible?
Anyone is eligible for the program. All you need to do is make an order on our website. If you are a first time customer you will be asked to set up an account which is where you will be able to keep track of the points you have earned. Every time you make a purchase you will receive points which can then be redeemed against future orders.
How do I redeem points
Points are redeemed during the checkout process on the shopping cart page. On this page you will see a slider bar which can be adjusted up and down depending on how many points you want to use.
How much are points worth?
Points are earned at the following rate:
100 points = £1.00
Points are redeemed at the following rate:
100 points = £0.01
What is the maximum discount I will received?
Points can be redeemed up to a maximum of 10% of an order value
Where can I keep track of my points?
Points can be tracked and managed in your accounts. Just log into your account using your username and password and proceed to the points section of your account to view the number of points available.
Can points be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts?
Yes, unless otherwise stated. Points can be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
I've made a purchase but didn't receive any points
If for any reason you haven't received any points when making a purchase please contact our customer service team.
It says my points are pending approval
If points are pending approval it may be that something went wrong when making your purchase. In this situation we recommend contacting our customer service team who can investigate further. Often they will be able to approve your points which will become available in your account the same day.
I forgot to use my points. Can I still use them?
If you've forgotten to use your points when making a purchase please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. In most instances they will be able to retrospectively apply your discount. However, we cannot honour discounts on any goods that have already been shipped.
Are there any restrictions?
No. Points can be used against any product in our store regardless of type and availability
