The EasiLight 150W RGB Dimming LED Driver (Wi-Fi + 2.4G) lets you control your LED strip lights from your phone, a remote, or your smart home assistant.
There are loads of great reasons to make use of EasiLight drivers. This innovative range gives you an unprecedented amount of control over your strip light displays. In addition to unlocking 16 million colour combinations for your RGB lights, it also enables full stepless dimming as well as a range of control options.
An important consideration when installing low voltage lighting is the load on the power supply. This determines the maximum combined wattage that can be added to the power supply. Exceeding this maximum load can cause damage to the driver.
We recommend leaving a 10% margin for error when calculating the maximum wattage of your light display, so with this particular driver you should ensure your strip lights don’t use more than 135W. As an example, 10m of our 9.6W would use 96 watts total, which would perfectly suit this driver with room to spare.
The first and biggest reason to use LED strip lights is because of the flexibility they give you. They’re compact, flexible, and relatively simple to install around a range of different surfaces. This isn’t the only reason to use LEDs!
The second reason is how efficient they are. LEDs use a fraction of the power of traditional lights to produce just as many lumens, meaning you get effective bright lighting that doesn’t cost you a fortune to run. It’s also a lot kinder to the environment!
The third reason is how long they last! LEDs have very impressive lifespans, with many of our strip lights lasting for 50,000 hours. In practical terms, that’s a 10-year lifespan if you use your light for 8 hours a day.
If you haven’t picked out your strip lights yet, the Spectric RGB Colour LED Strip Lights (60 x 5050 SMD, 14.4W, 330-1020 Lumens) will be very well suited to this driver!
If a max load of 150W is a little much for your needs, the EasiLight 75W RGB Dimming LED Driver (Wi-Fi + 2.4G) is otherwise identical, but with a lower maximum load.
RGB lights can create white looking light, but this is made from a mix of red, blue and green light which may not look quite right. If you’d like true white light in addition to the full range of RGB options, the EasiLight 150W RGBW Dimming LED Driver (Wi-Fi + 2.4G) is a better choice.
To control your lights, you’ll need a remote! The EasiLight Multi Zone RGB/W Zone Remote Control is a great option, with zone control ensuring you can control multiple clusters of lights.
All EasiLight products are covered by a robust two-year warranty policy, with no forms for you to fill out.

The installation was quite straightforward. The wiring connections were easy to manage, and the driver itself was easy to mount. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the Wi-Fi setup. It took several attempts to connect the driver to my network, and I had to adjust some settings on my router to establish a stable connection. Once the Wi-Fi was working, the app control was very effective. The app is intuitive and allows me to adjust colors, brightness, and create custom lighting scenes with ease. The dimming function is smooth and free of flicker, which is important for maintaining a pleasant lighting experience. The driver feels well-constructed and has been reliable since installation. The only downside was the initial Wi-Fi setup, which could be simplified for a smoother experience. Despite this, the driver has been performing well and offers excellent control over RGB lighting. If you’re looking for a high-capacity driver with good performance and smart control features, this one is a solid choice.
The EasiLight 150W RGB dimming driver has been a great addition to my lighting system. I was looking for a powerful driver to handle my extensive RGB LED strips and provide smooth dimming and color control. This driver fits the bill nicely. The installation was relatively simple, but the Wi-Fi setup was a bit of a challenge. I had to perform a few resets and adjust some settings to get a stable connection. Once I got past the setup, the app control is excellent. It allows me to adjust colors and brightness easily from my smartphone. The dimming function is smooth and free of flicker, which is important for achieving the right lighting effects. The driver feels solid and well-made, and it has been running reliably since installation. My only issue was the initial Wi-Fi setup, which could be improved for a smoother experience. Overall, this driver offers good performance and control for RGB lighting and is worth considering for those with large setups.
Awesome driver! Handles my RGB strips perfectly. App control is a game-changer!
