The EasiLight 150W RGB Dimming LED Driver (Wi-Fi + 2.4G) lets you control your LED strip lights from your phone, a remote, or your smart home assistant.
There are loads of great reasons to make use of EasiLight drivers. This innovative range gives you an unprecedented amount of control over your strip light displays. In addition to unlocking 16 million colour combinations for your RGB lights, it also enables full stepless dimming as well as a range of control options.
An important consideration when installing low voltage lighting is the load on the power supply. This determines the maximum combined wattage that can be added to the power supply. Exceeding this maximum load can cause damage to the driver.
We recommend leaving a 10% margin for error when calculating the maximum wattage of your light display, so with this particular driver you should ensure your strip lights don’t use more than 135W. As an example, 10m of our 9.6W would use 96 watts total, which would perfectly suit this driver with room to spare.
The first and biggest reason to use LED strip lights is because of the flexibility they give you. They’re compact, flexible, and relatively simple to install around a range of different surfaces. This isn’t the only reason to use LEDs!
The second reason is how efficient they are. LEDs use a fraction of the power of traditional lights to produce just as many lumens, meaning you get effective bright lighting that doesn’t cost you a fortune to run. It’s also a lot kinder to the environment!
The third reason is how long they last! LEDs have very impressive lifespans, with many of our strip lights lasting for 50,000 hours. In practical terms, that’s a 10-year lifespan if you use your light for 8 hours a day.
If you haven’t picked out your strip lights yet, the Spectric RGB Colour LED Strip Lights (60 x 5050 SMD, 14.4W, 330-1020 Lumens) will be very well suited to this driver!
If a max load of 150W is a little much for your needs, the EasiLight 75W RGB Dimming LED Driver (Wi-Fi + 2.4G) is otherwise identical, but with a lower maximum load.
RGB lights can create white looking light, but this is made from a mix of red, blue and green light which may not look quite right. If you’d like true white light in addition to the full range of RGB options, the EasiLight 150W RGBW Dimming LED Driver (Wi-Fi + 2.4G) is a better choice.
To control your lights, you’ll need a remote! The EasiLight Multi Zone RGB/W Zone Remote Control is a great option, with zone control ensuring you can control multiple clusters of lights.

The EasiLight 150W RGB Dimming LED Driver has been a solid addition to my lighting setup. I needed a driver that could handle the power requirements for a large RGB LED strip installation, and this one does the job well. Installation was relatively easy, but I did face some challenges with the Wi-Fi connection. It took a few attempts to get the driver connected to my network, requiring some adjustments to router settings. Once connected, the app control is quite effective. I can easily manage colors and brightness from my smartphone, which is a huge plus. The dimming function is smooth, with no noticeable flicker, and the color transitions are vibrant and consistent. My only minor complaint is the initial Wi-Fi setup, which could be improved. Despite this, the driver has been performing reliably and efficiently. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to upgrade their RGB lighting setup with powerful control options.
Easy app control, dimming is smooth. Worth every penny!
I recently upgraded to the EasiLight 150W RGB Dimming LED Driver for my home lighting setup, and it has been a fantastic choice. My goal was to manage a large number of RGB LED strips with smooth color transitions and dimming control. This driver handles all that and more. Installation was fairly straightforward, though the Wi-Fi setup took a bit of time. I had to make a few adjustments to my router settings to ensure a stable connection.
