I recently purchased this LED strip to light up my outdoor deck, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home! I live in an area with a lot of rain, so the IP65 waterproof rating was a big selling point for me. So far, it’s held up perfectly through several downpours, and I haven’t noticed any issues with water getting into the strip. The cool white light is exactly what I was looking for—bright, clear, and just the right color temperature to create a welcoming atmosphere for evening gatherings. The installation was relatively easy, although I did take my time to make sure everything was secure. The adhesive worked well on my wooden deck, but I also used some extra mounting clips just to be safe. The seamless light effect is a huge improvement over my old lights, which had those annoying dots that were always visible. Now, the entire deck is illuminated with a smooth, even light that looks much more professional. One of the things I love most about this light strip is its versatility. I was able to bend it around corners and even wrap it around some of the posts on my deck without any issues. It’s also super easy to clean—just a quick wipe down, and it looks as good as new.
