While it’s built to last, this downlight doesn’t sacrifice good looks for that toughness. The polished chrome bevel is only 1mm thick, able to thus blend into your ceiling very well, as it will sit almost flush.

For futureproofing and for extra peace of mind, this downlight is fire rated for 30, 60 and 90 minutes in accordance with regulations, giving you and your family extra time in the event of a fire.

Evofire & LEDs

A unique feature of the Evofire range is their open design. In practical terms this means that their various components aren’t stored in a can as is the case with many other kinds of downlight. Can-style downlights can trap heat inside the unit, reducing its lifespan.

Evofire downlights run 10°c cooler, which expands their lifespan greatly.

You can use this Evofire light with any GU10 spotlights, but we’d recommend LEDs for optimised performance! LEDs are even better at diffusing heat, further increasing their lifespan, while also being much brighter and using far fewer watts.
