The 24V Single Colour COB LED Strip Lights (528 SMD, 14W, 1400 Lumens) from Mirrorstone is here to reinvent how strip lights work. It has a smooth strip of light with an increased number of LED SMD chips which offer a seamless finish.
This 24V tape uses 14W of power to produce 1400 lumens of light which can be dimmed to create a gorgeous level of mood lighting. You can style this tape in so many ways, from under your kitchen cabinets to behind your television in the living room. This tape is also completely dimmable as long as you purchase a dimmable driver to accompany the strips.
Don’t forget that you can save up to 20% off of your order by applying our current promotional offer when you head over to the checkout. This will be applicable to your tape as well all of their related products.
This tape comes with a 2-year guarantee as standard, however at your discretion you have the ability to extend this to 5-years. We will provide you with a form that you’ll need to fill out, but this warranty can only be extended within the 90 days of the purchase.
Making Use Of Your Strip Lights
Strip lights are relatively easy to install into your home and come with a strong adhesive on the back which can stick to a variety of surfaces – it cannot stick to all surfaces, however. Also, please note that the IP67 LED Tape does not come with the 3M Adhesive. This COB tape can be used with our range of aluminium profiles as long as they have a larger inner width of 10mm. These profiles can be attached almost anywhere, and are great for under cabinet purposes to add another layer of protection to your tape.
This COB tape also comes in either warm white (3000K), daylight (4000K) or cool white (6000K). Warm white offers a yellowish hue which provides a cosier feel to the space and is typically best for use in the living area or the bedroom.
Cool white (6000K), on the other hand, is a cooler, brighter white. It is generally used in kitchens or bathrooms and works synergistically with a modern home.
Daylight (4000K) sits right in the middle of this spectrum. It is rather similar to natural daylight and produces a bright white light, while still remaining relatively warm. This makes daylight very versatile and usable in a range of projects.
Complete Your Strip Light Setup
When it comes to purchasing LED Strip Lights, you want to ensure that you make the most of your setup. This is why recommend purchasing a dimmable driver for your lighting. With this, you can take full control over your lighting making it suitable for every application.
Our power supplies come in a range of sizes to accommodate for all lengths of strips. Naturally, the longer the length of runs, the higher the maximum load of the driver will need to be. When installing any LED Power Supplies, we recommend that the strip load is 10% less than the maximum load of the driver as this extends the power supplies life by helping it manage heat better.
To take this one step further, don’t forget to purchase a remote which will allow you to control your strips remotely. A fantastic option help you out with this is the EasiLight Single/Dual Colour 4 Zone Remote. Allowing you to control 4 separate zones in one space, you can adjust the brightness of your lighting with ease.
